Pho Ha Noi / Erlangen — Restaurant in Erlangen

As a local person, the Vietnamese place is quite precious.

Price: very reasonable. Even the price is increased but still reasonable. A basic pho is just for 9 euros.

Service: it is based on self-service. It means no tip is required. But the owner is not super nice. For me, it is attractive too.

Food: food quality is beyond my expectations. I tried summer roll, spring roll and pho. All were very nice.

There was hair in my food! Bun bo nam bo served in incorrect way with horrible smelly sauce and very few salad, taste just awful. I also don't get people excitement with summer rolls, they are fully packed with rice noodles, and so far I think the worst I have tried. This two dishes are my favourite so I have a very good comparison. Seems like good comments here come only from people who have no idea how vietnamese food should...

Von mir 3,4 Sterne. Relativ lieblos eingerichteter kleiner, aber zweckmäßiger Imbiss. Im Sommer draußen sicherlich deutlich angenehmer. Keine Möglichkeit sich die Hände zu waschen (kein WC), Tisch leider etwas klebrig und Boden wirkte unsauber. War aber relativ gut besucht. Auch ist nicht wirklich klar, dass man an der Theke selbst bestellen (& am Ende dann zahlen) muss. Man sitzt und wartet erstmal. Kleiner Tipp: Einfach auf die Karte schreiben. Ist nicht jeder Stammgast. Abtragen ist ebenso erwünscht. Personal eher kühl, aber bemüht. Geschmacklich hab ich schon besseres rotes Curry gehabt. Nicht schlecht, aber nichts besonderes.
