Augenblick Kaffee & Co — Restaurant in Frankfurt

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Extremely rude waiter! More than 7 empty tables and we were kicked out, yelling at us, with no explanation. I go to talk to him to kindly ask him if we could have something more and stay a bit longer (as it was heavily raining outside). He replies that we have already been too long and finished our coffees and cakes a while ago, and that we must go out immediately. I can understand him not wanting customers to stay long without consuming (to which I provided with a solution) but I totally don’t understand...

The food is ok, but too pricey for what you get. The atmosphere is calm, but the service is really rude. You can't come here to just chill because the waiter will rush you out if you stay a bit longer. He literally kicked us out because there was more people coming inside and we needed to go. He said to me in an extremely rude way to go outside and that I can't sit here anymore. I saw that he is rude to other customers too. I don't recomend coming here, it is...

Es ist ein tolles Café mit einem sehr sehr guten Kaffee in einer wirklich guten Lage mit gut zahlenden, glücklichen Kunden aus den umliegenden Büros, vornehmlich aus dem Finanzsektor. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!!! Als Gruppe aus verschiedenen Nationen, wie man Frankfurt kennt und LIEBT, leider nicht aus dem FINANZSEKTOR, also MENSCHEN ZWEITER KLASSE, sind wir in der Mittagspause gerne dorthin gegangen, vielleicht war es den Besitzern einmal zu viel. Wenn die weibliche Servicekraft mit den Augen rollt, wenn sie uns kommen sieht, und mit ihren Kollegen in ihrer eigenen Sprache über die Kunden lästern muss, dann braucht es keine weiteren Signale, um zu verstehen, dass wir dort nicht erwünscht sind, weil wir nicht wie die typischen Kunden aussehen, aus dem FINANZSEKTOR, also MENSCHEN ERSTER KLASSE, die man kennt und die man gerne bedient. Es ist wirklich schade, so etwas als People of Color von den eigenen Leuten zu erleben. Ich gebe gerne eine Buchempfehlung. SCHWARZE HAUT WEISSE MASKEN von FRANTZ FANON, vielleicht hilft das Buch bei der Identitätsfindung.
