Overall a quite good place to have a filling plate of noodle soup.

First, the good: the quantities are really big. We were 6 people, we got 3 types of ramen, as well as two types of dumplings (soup and fried). All of it was relatively tasty and veeery filling! Also, the noodles are clearly handmade. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Having said that, I would not say that the food here was excellent. The noodle soup clearly left something to be desired. I got the number 1, the beef and I felt that the broth lacked depth. The beef was cut in small chunks instead of thin slices, which did not allow the meat to truly mix with the broth. I liked the Bock Choi and the additional coriander but beyond that there were not too many ingredients in the soup, making it relatively indifferent. I might be wrong here because I have only had japanese ramen, so it's possible that this is the Chinese way. Still, taste-wise it was rather blant. The same goes for the dumpling soup. The dumplings were ok but nothing special and the soup had no taste. The fried dumplings seemed much better and the others ate them all.

Finally, I don't know if this has to do with the area or if it was just the rainy day, but there were some fruit flies flying around. It was not a big issue, we were not disturbed by them while eating but I think it should be noted.

FOOD & DRINKS We tested the noodles, some dumplings and the Jianbing. Noodles were a bit on the sweeter side, had a nice chew and mouthfeel. Pretty tasty. The dumplings came in a decent broth but nothing to rave about. To me the ratio between filling and dough wasn't great. Plus the dumpling skin was a tad too thick but overall still decent. The Jianbing was a bit to oily for my liking. I hope they can do something about the empty sauce bottles and flies swirling around next to the tray return.

SERVICE This is the type of place where you order your food at the counter and then pick it up when your little electronic bell rings. That said the guy who worked behind the counter was helpful with anything we asked.

I love the handmade noodles and the big portion (great when you're super hungry!). The soup tastes good, not too salty. However, they only offer drinks from the fridge - no hot drinks. There's no table service, but it works fine. They gave out a table alarm so you'd know when your order is ready for you to pick up. The toilet is clean. All in all it was a great dining experience. Recommended when you're around Frankfurt main station and look for something warm. Currently (early May 2024) there was a construction work on the road near the station.
