Came here to try the smash burger and it did not disappoint. By far THE BEST smash burger in Frankfurt (yes, I have had Goldie’s and love it too) & better than some of ones I have had in The States (I’m from DC). Mit zwei Freunden wollte ich Bibi's Burgers am dreijährigen Jubiläum ausprobieren. Für diesem Tag wurde vom Inhaber geworben, das es von 15-18 Uhr Gratis Burger gibt... um 17 Uhr besuchten wir das Lokal und wurden direkt vertröstet, das es keine Gratis Burger gibt! Da frage ich mich, warum man explizit damit wirbt das die Jubiläumsaktion es von 15-18 Uhr gültig ist? Für mich ist dies eine miese Masche vom Inhaber, Gäste ins Lokal zu locken um dann den vollen Preis zu verlangen, was mir im Nachhinein bewusst wurde. Da wir schon einmal dort waren, haben wir uns einen einzelnen Burger zum probieren bestellt.

Diesen haben wir nach unglaublichen 70 Minuten erst erhalten. Wir haben mehrfach nachgefragt, wurden jedoch immer wieder hingehauen, das unsere Burger gleich fertig sind. Wir konnten auch beobachten, wie andere ihre Bestellung stornieren oder nach Ewigkeit einfach gingen... als wir unsere Bestellung letztendlich gerade stornieren wollten, kamen die Burger.

Hier muss man sagen, dass die Burger gut und lecker sind! Aber 70 Minuten hierfür zu warten ist inakzeptabel. Hätten wir keine interessanten Gesprächsthema gehabt, wären wir schon früher gegangen. Wir werden jedenfalls nicht mehr wiederkommen und können Bibi's Burger nicht...
