before catching my train I have decided to grab some finger food, because of the bad foods in the plane and i was hungry. I thought Burger king would be my cheapest and quickest option. Apparently it was not. The whole branch had only 5 employees at the moment. A lady who speaks a little better german appeared to be the boss. Others spoke very little german, not to mention English. Some of the customers, some Japanese and French, ordered only in English, since they happen to be short visitor in the country. The boss lady spoke to them only German. Difficult to believe, if she herself understood their orders. The boss lady seemed so frustrated and about to explode. Her employees had no idea what to do and seemed also scared of her. They tried to help with other customers by suggestin them items on the menu or clean the customer area etc. But the boss wanted them only in kitchen area do things exactly what she instructed. Meantime we customers waited and waited, cause boss could not manage her employees and was doing all the things just herself. Doing the cassier herself, preparing orders herself, almost flipped the patties herself. There were only one cook back in the kitchen, who was messing up all the orders. He seemed to be a foreigner and could not speak the language himself. There were oviously a clear huge communication problem between employees. I ordered chicken burger and got beef burger of someone. The guys before me had also some problem with veggie burgers, which happened to be burgers with meat. More importantly it was so uncomfortable 20 minutes of my life to get a burger that i did not order. Many customers standing behind me have seen the awkardness and changed their mind of choosing burger king. I think someone got my chicken burger and just did not wanna stay in there any longer and took it anyways just like me. They should raise their employees salary little bit to get competent employees. Read moreWorst Burger King I've ever been to with absolutely the rudest staff at a fast food restaurant that I've ever experienced in my life. We had to wait 30+ minutes for chicken nuggets. Once receiving our order, a Diet Coke was missing which was quickly resolved. After checking the bag we didn't get the ketchup we asked for. The staff member at the till was instantly very abrupt, told us no ketchup on the receipt and wasn't happening. Confused we showed the receipt and said please can we have it. She again was very rude, said she was too busy and told us to "go away". Never seen so much drama over a sachet of ketchup or experienced staff so rude. With this we asked for a refund based on her awful attitude and incorrect order. She ended up telling us to "just get the manager", so we did and he quite simply gave us the ketchup we asked for. After this we then noticed we had received sparking water instead of the still water we asked for. We needed this to take medication so went back to request the still water we asked for on our receipt and at nearly 5 euros for 500ml of water we wasn't accepting sparkling. Again the same rude staff member who this time started shouting at us, said they only had sparkling water, it is what it is and to go away. We explained we asked for still water for medication and she said not her problem and go away, then started slagging us off to other customers etc. We asked for the manager and this time there was "no manager". Shocked at this disgusting attitude we just said we'll have our money back please as never seen something so ridiculous. She refused again telling us to go away etc. Then suddenly a manager appeared with a crate of still water. We then got our still water and went on our away. Read moreWell...where do I start... first of all after reading all other reviews, I probably should rate my experience as 4 or 5 stars since my wait was about 20 minutes. I can sure see how it may take twice as long. This place is a perfect storm of poor planning, misguided and misplaced use of technology and lack of customer focus by staff. First of all terminal Z from which US bound flights depart has only two places where you can buy warm food. That alone should signal "it's gonna get busy sometimes" That is the airport administration fault but one would think maybe BK would embrace that as business opportunity gifted to them...but you would be wrong! First of all they use "reversed improvment" technologies....kiosks! There is no ability to order at the counterr pay in cash. And today one of three kiosks, which clearly is not enough" was broken. So line just to order was long. It takes way longer to use kiosks in environment where people may not be familiar with the menu. So just to order took a long time. Then staff. One guy making food, one girl putting it in the bags and bringing to the counter. Yet again not enough for volume of customers. There were three other people milling around behind the counter.
