Natoo — Restaurant in Frankfurt

The place looked very nice so I went to ask for a Matcha Latte in a recup cup. Neither matcha neither recup cup. I asked the waiter and he told me directly NO. I came back a bit after that and it was a disaster. I ordered a Chai Latte in the recup mugs, and directly they told me they didn't have this cups. Why are u promoting them but at the same time you don't have them? They started looked everywhere and found them in a cupboard, full of dust. They wanted to give me the first one they got (the one for Expresso) and told him i wanted the bigger one, that was just below the others. They didn't care, as he told me there was no other cup. Meanwhile they prepared my chai latte, i had a look at the menu, and there was the matcha latte. Why you are promoting sth and later say u don't have it? I am lactose intolerant, i can't have cow milk. I told them so, and asked a couple of times if i would get any veggie milk. They put me cow milk on my chai 😔 Which meant that I had to spent the whole flight and afterwards together to the toilet. Service is 0, and although all looks amazing, i don't think i will risk myself of trying...

Like all airport cafes and restaurants it’s way overpriced. I bought 2 bottles of water (1 still and 1 sparking) and a cup of strawberry for €16!!! The worst part is and the reason for giving 1 star is that my visa card didn’t work and I didn’t have euros so I asked if he accepts US dollars and he said yes. I handed him $50 and he did some calculations and handed me back €27. I was busy with my kids so didn’t do calculations and took the money and left. I later noticed that the amount was wrong and he should have returned €35 back!! I was very disappointed when I noticed it. Today I visited Natoo at the airport where two ladies were working. The young blonde lady really stood out – she was friendly, motivated, and you could see she genuinely cared about her work. That kind of passion is rare and made a big impact on me.

In contrast, the other staff member came across rather unfriendly and seemed not very interested in helping, which was a bit disappointing.
