This time it was just disappointing - we ordered food and the waiter got confused with the dish and made a mistake in one of the ingredients - I didn't get angry and just asked for another one on the side - by the time the waiter brought the side dish we were finished eating.
In addition, we didn't understand the calculation of the price of the meal so we asked about it, but the aggressive way the manager spoke to me and my girlfriend and knocked hard on the table was just an intimidating feeling.
