A lovely dining experience! My friend recommended the hamachi, I’m usually not a big fan of fish, but it was incredibly fresh with a subtle, clean flavor that really surprised me. I also tried a bite of my friend’s Maishähnchenbrust, so tender and flavorful, it was hard to stop at just one bite! My favorite dish was definitely the Iberico Pluma with peanut sauce, such a perfect combination of rich, juicy meat and that slightly sweet, nutty sauce.
