RISE Restaurant — Restaurant in Frankfurt

This happened on 18/12/2021, 20:30 CET. I wish i could give zero stars for Hotel Rise. I am a Hilton Honors member & We booked a stay with Hilton Garden Inn at the Frankfurt airport. Me & my 7 month Pregnant wife were refused entry for dinner despite the fact that it was open hours and there were tables free. There was absolutely no empathy, concern or professionalism from the receptionist and she did not even try to accommodate us. She asked us to try and find food elsewhere when all of them had already closed and this was the only open restaurant at the airport due to COVID-19 restrictions. We found it extremely disrespectful if not racist. We had to come back to the room and order room-service for the same menu and had to wait about an hour for it. I highly recommend...

This is the maybe 4th time I ate here at the end of a Germany trip. This is obviously a very good but also very pricey restaurant. My observation over the years is that the food isn't quite as great anymore and that the portion size has increased. My aged beef steak was ok but a tad on the overdone side (not quite medium anymore). It came with chanterelles (Pfifferlinge) which had very very little taste honestly. I suggest to experiment a bit on those in the future. The mushed potato with chanterelles was also a bit boring. Maybe the best actually was the bread prior to the meal -...

We ate at RISE during our night stay at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport. The service was wonderful and attentive. The menu was mainly “spargul” or asparagus in English. A lot of customers were turned off by it, but they don’t realize the cultural piece asparagus plays in the German food, especially white asparagus. I got the schnitzel with and though the schnitzel was nothing special it hit the mark. My wife had the risotto and found it delicious. We’d eat here again, especially when asparagus...
