It lacked the characteristic beefy flavor and tenderness one expects from dry-aged beef, suggesting it might have been cooked in a crowded pan or covered, which gave it a stewed rather than a grilled texture.
On the brighter side, the sides and service did shine through. The mashed potatoes were velvety smooth, and the presentation of the dish was nothing short of beautiful. The staff were attentive and made the dining experience pleasant despite the main course's shortcomings.

Juiciest and most flavorful tenderloin I have had in Frankfurt (having been to Ojo de Agua and The Lodge steakhouses). However what left more to be desired were the side dishes. I must also add that the restaurant is a bit overpriced for its offering (blame it on the high rent of the airport).
