We had a fantastic dinner at The Crazy Italian. The employees spoke both English and German and were incredibly accommodating. They have a very modernized and effective system for ordering and receiving the food, which sped up the process and minimized interaction. The food itself was delicious. Food was excellent although relatively pricey (19 EUR for Carbonara, 15 EUR for 0.375l of wine). Loved the carbonara. However whole service concept is extremely bizarre: you are expected to order on your own phone via their website and even pay there in advance, all while sitting physically in the restaurant. They even make you get up and grab cutlery for yourself instead of bringing it. Wine they bring to your table, beer you have to go get yourself (?). We had an amazing time at this charming restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—even the chef came out to say hello. Our meals were delicious—the Salami Pizza Halal was full of flavor, and we liked that they labeled it as such, too, so you didn’t have to look for the ingredients.

The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, with music that perfectly matched the mood. The staff took great care of us throughout the meal.

We left feeling happy and full, not just from the food but also from the whole experience. We can't wait to come back and try more...
