I had dinner with my friends at Alex, a popular restaurant in Frankfurt that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The menu caught my attention as it featured a variety of dishes from around the world, including Asian, Mediterranean, and German cuisine. However, my experience at this restaurant was not entirely satisfying. I decided to try the chicken schnitzel, but unfortunately, it fell below my expectations in terms of taste and texture. The chicken was dry, and the crumbs on the schnitzel were overcooked, resulting in a less enjoyable dining experience. On the other hand, my friend ordered the Alex cheeseburger, which was slightly better than average. It seems that the burger was more palatable compared to the chicken schnitzel. Tye special winter mules that i tried was tasty. In terms of service, I must say that the restaurant needs significant attention and improvement. The customer service was poor, exemplified by an incident where the waiter raised his voice at my friend because he couldn't hear his answer regarding his dessert order. The crowded nature of the place seemed to overwhelm and stress the staff, leading to mistakes being made. To enhance the customer experience and reduce mistakes among the staff, my recommendation would be to have more staff members available. Overall, my experience at Alex was not entirely satisfactory. While the menu offered interesting options from various cuisines, the execution of the dishes, particularly the chicken schnitzel, left much to be desired. Additionally, the poor customer service and overwhelmed staff further detracted from the overall dining experience. It is my hope that the restaurant takes these criticisms constructively and works towards improving their food quality, service, and staffing to provide a better experience for...

Here’s my all in all impression:
Food: The menu offers vegan appetizers, main meals and desserts. I ordered the vegan Schnitzel and Fries, a blueberry lemonade and for dessert the lemon and mango sorbet. The food was pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had, hence 4 stars; but good!
Service: Due to the fact, that the place was packed with many guests; it is a little difficult to rate the service. Out waiter was nice and friendly, recommended the lemonade which was good! But if you’re looking to order more throughout your course or even want to request the bill; you will have to wait until you catch someone. (On busy days)
Atmosphere: We took advantage of the outdoor seating and enjoyed the summer vibes that this place offers.
Hints/tips: -When arriving on the last floor with elevator or stairs, the bathrooms are in the right side, not inside the restaurant. -The moment you enter the restaurant, behind the door on the left side you will find a box to scan your parking card. You have to scan the parking card in the beginning of your visit and when you leave the restaurant again. You will receive a discount on your parking costs. -Last but not least, when you’re there, definitely visit the rooftop - it has a nice walk around and even offers an observation deck.

Vibe: oh boy, expect to share your food with the hundreds of wasps flying over you and your food & drinks, the whole place is infested with them. Nothing more relaxing than trying to enjoy your breakfast constantly worried that a wasp is gonna sting you... saw a few ladies screaming when they were surronunded by them. As concerned clients we should all help organize a donation campagin so poor Alex can afford pest control...
Service: while enjoying the company of our flying friends, we tried to get the attention of a blonde waitress who didn't seem to care. Her only interaction with us was complaining when we changed places because some tables outside weren't properly protected from the sun (in summer). Despite her not concerning herself with taking orders, she didn't have extra time to clean the tables either: most of them were piling up with plates, glasses, food and insects/birds. After 45ish minutes, we moved again to another area escaping the heat and the wasps, so finally a more competent lady was able to take our order.
Food: good variety, overall good quality but veggies weren't the freshest. This was still the highlight of our experience there, and kind of expecte fo the...
