I don't give 5/5 very often but this place deserves every single star in this review.
There was 4 of us. We got the ribs for a starter x 3 and smoked pepper soup, we got the pulled pork x2 pulled beef and pork shepherd pie for main with sides mash patatos, chips x 2 and truffle Mac and cheese.
The ribs for starters come with a beautiful side of cabbage with slight hints of fennel - phenomenal The meat is juicy well seasoned and definitely one of the best ribs i ever had.
Smoked pepper soup is perfectly balanced, slightly spicy with crunchy cashews on top. Exactly how I imagined this dish to taste.
The pulled pork and beef all come with sides of the red cabbage which again is amazing. Both mains very good
Chips come with a smokey ketchup kind sauce which I believe is meant to be BBQ but doesn't quite get there as well as a truffle mayo sauce which is bland and for me doesn't go with the chips well - could be a personal preference on this one
The truffle in the Mac and cheese is overpowering but the pulled pork shepherd pie absolutely gorgeous with a small overpowering taste of salt ( again could be personal preference )
Service on point.with meals served in perfect unison without delay times. This was very impressive

The starter, a surf and turf dish, arrived lukewarm and the smoked burrata was not as creamy as expected. The main dish that my partner ordered, Truffeled Pasta, tasted good, but lacked the authentic truffle flavor. The mushroom flavor came from yesterday's mushrooms, and the truffle flavor came from some kind of truffle-flavored oil or aroma. Moreover, I was particularly disappointed with the spare ribs, pulled pork, and rib eye steak. While I acknowledge that I didn't know that the Louisiana style ribs were fatty, the pulled pork and steak were flavorless and excessively salty. Read moreI went there for dinner on a Sunday when I was staying at Le Méridien. I woke up late and didn’t want to look for a place to eat. Besides the front desk staff had raved about the restaurant so much that it piqued my interest to try it. Had the ribeye and it is good. But I had ordered it medium rare and it was a tad too rare for me, so despite trying to make do and eat it, I finally had to send it back to be cooked to medium as the texture of medium rare is too raw for my liking. Ordered the yucca fries and requested for them to be extra crispy which is done just right. I really like the bread that was served prior to the food as the texture is indescribably soft and tasty. It is very good so much so that I had to refrain myself from eating more bread and leave space in tummy for my food. I saw that another guest had a smoked meat that looks really good in presentation. Might try that in the future…but the ribeye is good enough...
