Villa Lauda — Restaurant in Frankfurt

My husband and I stumbled onto this family-run restaurant a few months ago while I was on a work trip to Frankfurt, and the experience was so delightful, we both could not wait to come back. So when the time came to plan a vacation, it didn’t matter if it was coincidence or pure luck that gave us a quick stopover in Frankfurt, but we both were absolutely certain we would be dining at Villa Lauda.

Once more, we each had the tagliatelle starter with truffle - and they are not shy about shaving the truffle on. This isn’t like any other truffle dish you’ve ever had. This is truffle in its truest form, and it absolutely shines in this dish.

But the dish I’ve been dreaming about since June? The calf’s liver in butter and sage. Not many places in the world make calf’s liver, and even fewer do it well. But NOBODY does it better than Mama cooking in the kitchen at Villa Lauda.

It comes with 4 deliciously tender, perfectly delicious pieces that, while enough, I could easily have had more. Just divine. It also came with a side of veggies that I barely noticed, because the liver was just TOO good.

Cannot wait for the opportunity...

The restaurant has a cozy terrace. The food is tasty and fresh! The service is excellent and they were so sweet to my maltipoo, Amelia by bringing a bowl of water and placing it on the table for her. She also received pets all night when staff walked by - she felt like the Belle of the Ball. Update im September 2024: Wir sind mal wieder in der Villa Lauda gewesen und neuerlich sind wir hervorragend bedient worden. Dass wir gerne in die Villa Lauda gehen sieht man an den Rezensionen unten. Wir können einen Besuch weiterhin sehr empfehlen. Machen Sie sich mitten in Frankfurt einen schönen 🇮🇹 italienischen Moment. Ihnen viel Vergnügen!

Villa Lauda ist mit Abstand unser Lieblings-Italiener! 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻

Nun waren wir schon mehrfach in der Villa Lauda und immer waren wir begeistert. Die Aussenterrasse ist durch dicke Hecken von der Seitenstrasse getrennt und man sitzt richtig gemütlich im Freien. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und berät bei den Speisen. Umbestellungen? Kein Problem und hat bisher prima geklappt. Die Gerichte waren immer vorzüglich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Spaghetti mit Trüffeln. Diese werden am Tisch frisch auf die Nudeln gehobelt und gehobelt und gehobelt..... Schauen Sie sich das Bild unten an.
