After two years of dining at this restaurant multiple times, I finally tried the new pho dish that was recently added to the menu. My first impression was that the aroma of the broth was very fragrant, combined with the scent of onions and cooked beef. The amount of fat in the broth was just right. However, for an average Asian portion, the bowl of pho seemed a bit large. Additionally, the staff here are rated better than average, possibly because most of them are family, making everything feel quite relaxed. Wir hatten drei unterschiedliche bowls und diese mega leckeren Calamansi dazu. Wären wir jetzt gegangen, hätte ich instant 5 Sterne vergeben müssen und hier wäre Schluss. Aber es kam ganz anders.. Unsere Kids wollten die Croissant-Waffeln mit Joghurt-Waldfrucht Eiscreme, also bestellt und gewartet, gewartet und noch sehr lange gewartet. Dafür war draußen mittlerweile eine kleine Gesellschaft, augenscheinlich Familie/Freunde, weil sich sämtliches Personal nur noch dort aufhielt - aber nicht zum Bedienen sondern dabei sitzend und.. ja was eigentlich?? Aber irgendwann kam ja das Eis für die Kids und alles schien wieder gut zu werden. Bis unsere 4Jährige das Eis angeekelt ausspuckte und kurz darauf auch ihr Bruder. Anstatt Joghurt-Waldfrucht Eiscreme (wie in der Karte beworben) gab es RUM-ROSINEN Eiscreme!! Vergeblich haben wir versucht das Personal auf uns aufmerksam zu machen aber die waren immer noch draussen „beschäftigt“.. Irgendwann konnten wir unsere Bedienung auf den Misstand aufmerksam machen, aber dieser wusste sich nur zu helfen indem er einen weiteren Mitarbeiter (Chef?) dazu holte, der uns mit künstlich hoher Stimme vorwarf, warum wir denn nicht eine andere Eissorten gewählt hatten! Wir haben exakt das Dessert aus der Karte gewählt, es wurde nicht gefragt welche Eissorte wir gerne hätten. Wir mussten ihn mehrmals darauf hinweisen, dass hier Eiscreme mit RUM an Kinder ausgegeben wurde, was ihn aber in keinster Weise dazu bewegte, sich auch nur ansatzweise zu entschuldigen.
