We had a delicious meal on the patio at Beb&Bene. We opted to try the champignon galette and the complete galette - both were delicious. We especially liked the complete - the flavors were fantastic. And then for dessert we tried the crepes apfelmus (apple) and it was soooo good! (all the dessert crepes are vegan, and they made the galettes vegan for us)

The team was so nice. It was a very sunny and hot day, and they were busy without any open tables in the shade. So we opted to sit on a bench. But as our food was coming out they came out and brought over another table and chairs for us to sit and enjoy our meal in the shade. Fantastic guest service.

Ich finde der Mittagstisch im Biokeller ist die mit Abstand beste Küche in Freiburg.

Es wird immer frisch, regional, saisonal und dazu richtig lecker und abwechslungsreich gekocht.

Der Biokeller ist schön gelegen in einem Innenhof. Man kann drinnen oder draußen sitzen. Drinnen kann es etwas laut werden. Man hat es in der Hand, wenn man pünktlich (ab 12.00 Uhr gibt es bis 14.30 Uhr Essen) um 12.00 Uhr kommt oder vorbestellt und sich ab 14.00 Uhr ein Plätzchen sucht. Es gibt meist zwei Essensvarianten. Das Essen versteht sich immer mit Salat und ist unter 10€ (9,50€ mit Salat) in dieser Qualität unschlagbar in Freiburg.

Im Winter eine Suppe für den kleinen Appetitt im Sommer meist eine kleine Salatauswahl extra, welche ebenso wie der Nachtisch zusätzlich genommen und extra bezahlt wird. Die Schokocreme ist echt lecker, finde ich. Die beiden Köche sind spitze, gut drauf, voller Lebensfreude und sehr freundlich. Das geht spürbar ins Essen. Das ganze Team ist nett und offenherzig. Ich kenne keine andere Küche in Freiburg die auch mal Flohsamenschalen oder andere sehr gesunde Zutaten, ohne dass es groß Erwähnung findetm miteinbringt, und sich somit nicht nur um Extravaganz, Qualität, Preis-Leistung sondern auch um die Gesundheit seiner Kunden so einlässt.

Die Deko ist geschmackvoll, natürlich und zauberhaft. Auch die Teller werden liebevoll mit Kräutern und bunten Soßen dekoriert. Das Auge ist hier mit.

Es wird Ihnen königlich oder kaiserlich schmecken. Ich habe dort mindestens 50 mal gegessen im letzten halben Jahr und kann mich nicht erinnern, dass es eine Wiederholung gegeben hätte. Sehr lecker, gesund, abwechslungsreich, kreativ, kompetent und Ideenreich.
