Boaboa — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

We were tourists visiting Freiburg, and while enjoying our drinks, we accidentally dropped and broke a cup of bubble tea. The staff, especially a friendly Vietnamese gentleman, was incredibly kind and attentive. He asked if we were okay, reassured us, and even offered a brand new bubble tea free of charge without counting it on the bill. He told us to just leave the mess for him to clean up. Honestly, he was so friendly and welcoming.

As for the drinks — they were absolutely wonderful. The flavor was rich and full-bodied without being overly sweet. Eigentlich fand ich den Laden immer sehr gut, heute hatte ich leider keine so gute Erfahrung. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich und hat komplett überfordert gewirkt. Sie war sehr stark am schwitzen und ist während der Zubereitung der Getränke zwischendurch immer wieder zum Waschbecken gegangen um sich Wasser in Gesicht, Nacken und hals zu machen. Eigentlich ja nicht schlimm, aber ich fand das extrem unhygienisch, dass die Person erst ihren Schweiß und ihre haut abgetupft hat und dann mit den gleichen ungewaschenen Händen einfach die bubble teas zubereitet hat. Das ist in der kurzen zeit in der ich da war 2x passiert. Zudem hatte die Person sehr lange Fingernägel, was ja ebenfalls in der Gastro aus guten Gründen aus hygienischen Gründen eigentlich nicht erlaubt ist.
