Viva Havanna GmbH — Restaurant in Fulda

The atmosphere is great, i feel like I'm in a Cuban restaurant/club in Miami but I went there for the food. I was so disappointed that the food has almost nothing to do with cuban cuisine. No ropa vieja, no vaca frita, no arroz imperial, no carne con mojo nor puerco, no arroz moro or frijoles negros, no nothing that has to do with cuban cuisine..the food part is really disappointing cus it's flashing big Cuban restaurant but it isn't. Other than that, for the drinks and atmosphere...

Very tasty food, good music and good location. The Restaurant has seating inside and outside. It was the month of May so we sat outside. If I would have sat inside, I would have left immediately as this place portrait know criminals (Che Guevara and Fidel Castro) as something Cuba has to be proud off. I only found out we I went inside to the Restroom. Staff was not very attentive and Menus are only in German. I had to get up a couple of times to ask server for extra...

It was very bad service! We ordered Whiskey Sour for 12 persons, and got 12 glasses of water with a little bit whiskey and a lot of ice! Also we ordered the special whiskey Glenfiddich 12 years and got the terrible one. When we asked the personnel, why we have to drink it and did they know how to make Whiskey Sour, they told: it’s your Russian style cocktail, we use the another recipe. Nobody event didn’t try to solve...
