An An Vietnam & Thai Cusine — Restaurant in Hamburg

Had some delicious food at the restaurant An An! I was alone and was able to get a table myself and got my food freshly made within 12 mins or so.

🔹I ordered the crispy chicken with some rice and it was amazing! Not only was the quantity fulfilling, but the flavors were really good. The dishes will definitely make you want to come back for more and try something new! 🔹The restaurant had good seating and the decor was also nice. 🔹The staff was super friendly. 🔹The food prices I would say are reasonable as the quantity is a lot.

The Dim Sum was ice cold in the middle. And the rest of the food was not really warm. To the owner (that got upset with me for sending food back) semi hot food is the way to go a good food poisoning.

Don't go here, beside the fact that the food was cold the was no taste in it other than the cooking oil it was prepared in. I ordered green curry that was marked as hot. My old grandmother had eaten this without knowing that it was "Hot"

An An liegt in der Langen Reihe gleich am Beginn, nur ein paar Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Ich war mit meiner besten Freundin dort, weil es eins ihrer Lieblingsrestaurants in Hamburg ist und nur ein paar Minuten von zu Hause entfernt. Wir haben draußen gesessen und durch den Abstand zur Straße und die Lage unter den Kolonnaden, ist es ruhiger und privater als man zuerst denken würde. Drinnen ist es super schön dekoriert, ohne kitschig zu sein. Aber wenn es grade tropische Temperaturen hat dann möchte man gerne an der frischen Luft sitzen. Zum Essen: Ich hatte die scharfe Tom-Yam Suppe mit Tofu (4,00 EUR) und den Nom Ga Du Du Salat als Hauptgericht (auch mit Tofu statt mit Huhn, 6,90 EUR). Beides war sehr sehr lecker und frisch und gut gewürzt und eine perfekte Portion für einen Sommerabend. Dazu Saigon Bier (3,50 EUR) und als Dessert seit gefühlten Jahrzehnten mal wieder gebackene Banane (hab sie ohne Vanilleeis bestellt) - die war richtig lecker weil sie weder fettig, noch matschig noch zu süß war. Dazu Vietnamesischen Kaffe und der Abend war perfekt. Ich kann gut verstehen wie das zum Stammlokal werden kann. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und die beiden sind so super nett und freundlich und unaufdringlich aber stets da, wenn man etwas möchte. Ganz tolles kleines Viet/Thai Lokal in der Nachbarschaft. 5 Glitzerherzen💖💖💖💖💖 von mir und ich werde ab jetzt die Karte rauf und runter futtern....
