Customer Service IS TERRIBLE!
I had to get a QR code twice to wait in line for the customer service and was gaslighted in telling me that they have called my number! Not once have I heard or seen my numbers! My numbers 192 and 208, did not show up on their screen and did not tell me once to go to a specific counter. So obviously, there was a fail in the system or they simply skipped the numbers. I didn’t have my headphones in and wasn’t scrolling on social media. I was paying attention to the men calling out the numbers (I know enough German to recognize numbers) and shown on the screen that had all the numbers.
But the employee continued with their allegations that he in fact did hear it and let me quote him verbatim. “I said what I said.” He didn’t hear Jack shit! Then I hear him ask his colleagues in German if they called out a 208! HEY BUDDY, I can understand German, I just can’t speak it well so I know what you and your colleagues were talking about! He was not even for certain that he HEARD my numbers being called out because his colleagues all sounded as if THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD THE NUMBER. Then continued to say that he’s only helping me because there aren’t very many people left. 🙄 Mind you he was screaming at this older lady who wasn’t aware of the QR code ticket system beforehand and didn’t once bother to help her. Read moreI visited MediaMarkt Hamburg today (October 21st) at 13:40 to resolve an issue with my O2 contract. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member at the O2 kiosk in the ground floor. From the moment I started explaining my situation, she seemed disinterested and cut me off mid-sentence, displaying no patience or customer service skills.
When I tried to clarify my issue, she responded in a dismissive and sarcastic manner, which felt extremely disrespectful. I was there to inquire a payment for my contract, which had previously been rejected by my bank on October 10th, but her attitude made the situation much worse. When I asked for the address of an O2 shop, she didn’t even take the time to spell it out, just pointing vaguely and leaving me confused.
I mentioned that she could be more friendly, to which she responded that she was trying to be friendly—this didn’t reflect at all in her actions. Her behavior was incredibly unprofessional, and I left the store feeling hurt and frustrated.

Saturn has too many staff to cooperate and assist with you to choose the best one you need or provide a description for you about the product. You can easily find someone who speaks German, English, Arabic, Persian, Turkish and so on. This hipper market has a service center, free 🆓 WiFi networks and toilet 🚽. After checking your items on the show-cause items (colour, quality, work, size and... ), you will pay in cash or credit 💳 card.
