Burger Heroes Reeperbahn — Restaurant in Hamburg

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger Heroes in Hamburg, and it’s safe to say they’ve earned their name! From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere is laid-back yet stylish, perfect for enjoying a meal that’s anything but ordinary.

The menu is a burger lover’s dream, with a variety of creative options that make it hard to choose just one. I decided to try their "Heroic Burger," and it was nothing short of legendary. The beef patty was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of char. Each bite was a perfect balance of textures and tastes, from the crisp, fresh lettuce to the gooey, melted cheese. The toppings were thoughtfully selected and piled high, adding layers of flavor without overwhelming the burger’s essence.

What truly sets Burger Heroes apart is their dedication to quality. Every ingredient tasted fresh and premium, from the perfectly toasted, slightly sweet brioche bun to the homemade sauces that added a unique twist to the classic flavors. The attention to detail here is evident and much appreciated.

The sides were equally impressive. I opted for the sweet potato fries, and they were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. Paired with a local craft beer from their impressive selection, the meal was nothing short of divine.

Service at Burger Heroes was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a Hamburg local or just passing through, Burger Heroes is a must-visit. They’re redefining what a burger can be, and I can’t wait to return to try more of...

Veggie burger was ok. Falafel patty, not vegan meat. It's good for the price especially with fresh veggies but I think it would be better if the ingredients were listed on the menu. There was no mayonnaise which made the burger taste more fresh even though the pan fried bun and patty brought grill flavor. Truffle fries were not very good unfortunately. Fries were cold and soggy when they arrived and they were swimming in truffle mayo. Honestly 1/3 of the amount would have made it better.

Food did come fast, but other than that there was nothing special about the service. You pick food from the counter yourself so no waiting service. I consider menu as part of the service and I think it was lacking information.

Atmosphere was not to my taste. The place was clean so points for that. Interior looked nice. Music was loud and they were playing some club electronic...

Tun Sie Ihrer Gesundheit einen Gefallen und gehen Sie nicht an diesen Ort. Ich bestellte einen Pilzburger mit Pommes und Blauschimmelkäse-Mayonnaise. Als ob das noch nicht genug wäre, mit der Atmosphäre, die zu wünschen übrig lässt, dem trockenen Brot, dem verbrannten Fleisch und den Pommes in 84 Jahre altem Öl, war der Blauschimmelkäse FAUL! Als ich ging, um mich zu beschweren, sagten sie mir, dass die Soße so sei (es ist eine Sache, dass Blauschimmelkäse einen starken Geschmack hat, aber wissen Sie, wann er faul ist). Wir sagten den, sie sollten es selbst probieren, aber sie bestritten das Es war faul und sie lehnten ab und sagten uns nur, dass wir eine andere Sauce kaufen müssten. Und als Sahnehäubchen waren die Badezimmer mit stinkendem Wasser überflutet. Ein totaler Angriff auf die Gesundheit.

Do your health a favor and don't go to this place. I went and ordered a Mushroom Burger with fries and blue cheese mayo. As if it weren't enough with the atmosphere that leaves a lot to be desired, the dry bread, the burnt meat and the fries in 84-year-old oil, the blue cheese was ROTTEN! When I went to complain, they told me that this was what the sauce was like (it's one thing for blue cheese to have a strong flavor but you know when it's rotten). We told those who attended to try it themselves and they denied that it was rotten and they refused and they only told us that if we wanted another sauce, we had to buy it. And the cherry on top of the cake, the bathrooms flooded with stinky water. A total attack on health.

Haganle un favor a su salud y no vayan a este lugar. Fui y pedí una Mushroom Burger con papas y blue cheese mayo. Como si no fuera suficiente con el ambiente que deja mucho que desear, el pan seco, la carne quemada y las papas fritas en aceite de 84 años, el blue cheese estaba PODRIDO! Al ir a reclamar, me dijeron que asi era la salsa (una cosa es que el blue cheese tenga sabor fuerte pero uno sabe cuando está podrido) le dijimos a los que atendían que la probraran ellos mismos y nos negaran que estaba podrida y se rehusaron y solo nos dijeron que si queriamos otra salsa, la teníamos que comprar. Y la cereza en la cima del pastel, los baños inundados con agua apestosa. Un total...
