Kiez Alm Hamburg — Restaurant in Hamburg

Have been to this bar a few times over the last couple of years and it’s been decent in terms of atmosphere and having a good time. But my most recent night here was abruptly ended by the stereotypical bouncer like behaviour (which is evidentially noted in other reviews on here). It was around 4am, close to home time anyway. But a bouncer took it upon himself to try and attempt to manhandle me out of the club, without warning or any sort of justification. When I got my bearings in this situation, I tried to speak to him face to face whilst he was still trying (and ultimately falling) to move me. He didn’t like this, and continued to try and move me to no avail. This clearly hurt his fragile little ego (as most bouncers tend to have) and it became ever more escalated. Next thing I know, I’ve been assaulted from behind and have ended up hitting the floor, during the 30 or so seconds I spent on the floor, someone has taken the opportunity to sucker punch me around 4 or 5 times in the head and face. I suffered a bust lip, a black eye, and some swelling/bruising around different parts of my head as a result. When I got to my feet, I realised that I’d been assaulted by another member of the bouncer circus they employ here. What followed is that these two bouncers again tried to manhandle me out of the club and they again struggled between themselves. Which obviously hurt their egos further. What’s even more amusing in this circumstance is that I’d dropped my phone and it was all I was thinking about as they’re trying to “escort” me out. After that, I tried again to speak to their “superior” who at first had a level of understanding, but this didn’t last long before he too attempted to take a swipe at me as I’m on my way to the exit. An absolute embarrassing reflection of this bar/club and it sounds like it’s a common, never ending theme too. Shame on...

Don't go here !! They didn't let us in because one of us was wearing short trouser, but I pointed several people already inside wearing short trousers!! The chainman was a very rude man and I told him that he just let a white person with short trousers go in ! This was on 27 July 2024 !!!!!! This cannot be possible nowadays!!!! If you're not white try to avoid this place, they're not nice. If you're white also try to avoid it, we can't support...

Was trying to get inside this place with a friend of mine on Friday, security didn’t let us in because apparently we were 2 single men, 5 mins later they let a group of single German men inside!!
