Hooters Hamburg St. Pauli — Restaurant in Hamburg

Myself and My friend were in Hamburg for two days and on Saturday 22nd October 2023 decided to go to Hooters to watch both the Man United v Sheffield Game and England Rugby world cup semi final v South Africa.

We walked in, we waited to be seated and every waitress walked past us so my friend went to the bar and I sat myself down, as we both sat enjoying our drinks, a blonde waitress came up, no introduction or niceties “where did you get these? Who sat you here”

We explained and asked for the football to be put on, she walked off then we had to ask again at the bar, they put it on a tele impossible for us to see, so when a table with a better view become available we moved.

The same blonde waitress as before come over to our table, and moaned at us for the table being dirty (it was dirty when we arrived) and moaned at us in German and walked off. She didn’t clean the table or ask anyone to, instead went and spoke to the other waitresses, no one would acknowledge or serve us so had to continue to go to the bar.

The waitresses were nothing but incredibly rude and hostile.

It becomes apparent than unless you are a large group of lads they want nothing to do with you, and refuse to help or serve you.

Awful experience and ruined...

Would score minus 5 if i could. Absolutely disgraceful service. Literally the worst and rudest hooters anywhere. Ive been to ones in usa which we all know are the best ones with polite staff. And uk one was ok. But this one. Well tried visiting Friday 29th sept early evening was stood waiting and ignored by 3 hooters girls. One approached a group of 4/5 behind me and ignored fact i was waiting. So thought try again today 1st october. Around 2pm. Was half empty stood by the booth where says wiat be seated. When a hooters girl just said sit where want. Ok whcih is strange. Sat down and looked menu etc. 4 girls walked past me. I was ignored again. And what a surprise a couple groups 3 and 4’people sat down were served straight away. Seems just because solo they arenr as interested. Maybe wpuld assume would get less tip. Either way it’s disgusting and disgraceful. An American themed and original chain but definitely NOT american customer service. least I know to avoid in 2024 when I visit with at least 6 others for a big birthday celebration. Will be taking a good €350/500...

Hooters is one of american fast food restaurants that have been on my sight since forever. Finally I got to experience their food for the first time in Hamburg. Our server was Kristina,and she's a really good server. she gave us a pretty good recommendation and pretty much saved us a lot €€, if she's there just ask for her.

We order all you can eat chicken wings, and almost die from eating too much. Don't order the spiciest buffalo wings if you're into spicy wings or not really into citrus-y flavor. the spicy wings are not that spicy if you ever had spicy korean chicken. just order the other sauces, it is really satisfying. we personally liked the Chipotle honey and Daytona beach.

We ate alot of the so called all you can eat restaurants, and can only eat 30 wings at max.

Try with frozen wings first, if you cannot eat 30 wings, all you can eat might not be best for you

Update 2023: we tried the all you can eat ribs. it does NOT worth it! the meat is dry, the sauce does not cover the whole ribs. Stay with the...
