Auf dem Weg zu unserem Hotel, sind wir im Lomo spontan eingekehrt. Die Cocktailkarte auf der Tafel am Eingang hat uns hineingelockt. Die Kombination aus Urig und Modern der Innenausstattung war sehr geschmackvoll und lud zu längerem Verweilen ein. Wir kamen von einer Veranstaltung und waren sichtbar zu overdressed angezogen. Wurden aber genau wie alle anderen Gäste sehr gut bedient und die Cocktails (ganze 3 verschiedene) schmeckten hervorragend. Ein Kompliment an den jungen Mann hinter der Bar. Es war alles super toll, bis ich auf die Toilette musste. Leute...das kann doch nicht euer Ernst sein. Die waren sauber aber in einem fürchterlichen Zustand und hatten nicht einmal Schlösser an den Türen. Also wenn ihr das noch in den Griff bekommt, seid ihr echt eine Geheimadresse. Alles Gute und bis auf einen neuen Besuch. Grüße aus dem Burgenlandkreis 👫

My personal advice: avoid this place and read the other negative reviews, they align with our experience more accurately. It is hard to believe all the other positives and the high average is real based on our personal experience.

Even though there were not many people, we waited a very long time (~2h) for just some pizzas and pasta. The pizza was small and extremely thin, in Italy and following EU definitions, this could hardly be called a proper pizza. It had Gouda cheese on it (not Mozzarella) even though it was under vegan pizza and the cheese was not in the description! The pizza and the pizza bread were exactly the same thing! They don't accept credit card evem though they told us multiple times that they would!! The cultery we received was extremely dirty with leftover food sticking to the forks!! Disgusting!!

In the end, after all the negative experiences above, a woman totally unrelated with our service even had the audacity to snap at us for asking for card payment and not giving an extra tip after failing repetely to give the bare minimum of a restaurant experience and service!!

My husband and I just traveled for the last 24 hrs to get to Hamburg for holiday. LOMO was our first restaurant experience in Hamburg, and it was exceptional! We know next to no German, however, the person who took care of us met us better than we could meet them by speaking the English they knew. Thank you!! We felt very welcomed. Pizza was delicious, drinks were great and we felt very taken care of....
