So bad.

Dirty - Filthy menus, everything was sticky and not cleaned around the place.

Slow- Took 1 hour to get 3 rolls and they were only okay.

Bad staff - had to reference the menu while cooking as didn’t know what was in the different rolls. Didn’t track what people were ordering so had them pointing to each thing again to pay.

Poor quality - Dust-dry duck and salmon so frenched in truffle mayo there was no other flavour.

Expensive - €50 for 3 bad rolls, no drinks.

Location - it’s in a “food hall” with the same people providing Indian, pizza, and sushi. Indian food is all just sitting there. The pizza looked frozen. The sushi was handmade, and nicely presented, but insanely slow and not great.

They have 3! different menus: Italian, Indian and Japanese (sushi one), and it was very confusing to be there with the very Indian themed interior of the restaurant and sushi on the table. Service was okay but not the best, the waiter couldn’t wait until we choose our drinks; also they have had only one beer from the range of 5 on the menu. Sushi were not very good, rice is not tasty, tuna also, and their soy sauce is very salty and has overpowered the sushi taste. Also the range of choice for sushi is quite small, and there are no classic one California roll etc. Overall we ate, it wasn’t awful, but I won’t go back again and unfortunately...

One of the rare delicious sushi Lieferdienst in Hamburg. The rice is well seasoned and properly cooked. The fish is fresh and flavor combination is lovely. Thei crunchy rolls have a thin fried batter outside, which is really satisfying and not making you feel too full or overwhelmed like other places.

They also pay attention to my note of not taking extra chopsticks, so 👍👍👍 Delivery always on time (even faster sometimes) and they pack their soysace in small glass jars. Price is a little higher than other places, but worth it. Great...
