The place is okay inside, and the atmosphere is also okay but not so good that it is over 4.5 stars. This is one of those places which I found overrated. The products they have, some of them are very good: Portuguese croissants variations are good, the cinnamon roll is good, and coffee good. But the bagels are nothing special. They only have ready-made products (nothing like fresh scrambled eggs or anything that requires more preparation). Therefore, I can not say this deserves more than 4 stars. And I take one star more because the system is, you order first at the counter and if you pay with card, you are asked at that point (without having received any service at all) whether you want yo leave a tip. The options for tips were from 10% 0ver to 30%. Have we gone crazy? Which kind of place asks you without having received any service whether you want to leave tip or not. Read moreVery good, we had a lot of time after checking out of the hotel. Problem was we had plenty of time left, because our train was leaving after noon. So we went to the coffeehouse and was waiting a half hour till we got our food, because that coffeehouse seems very busy. Good thing was we had the opportunity here to wait in the coffeehouse instead of waiting on the trainstation. Otherwise the coffe is good and the food is fresh, prices are normal.
