TWOSIX — Restaurant in Hamburg

Giving it a 2 just because of the view, otherwise it would have been a 1 star. Service extremely slow, from taking the order, to getting our drinks on the table. The nachos in the picture were 8€, for that price I would have expected a bit more than 20 pieces of cold nachos from a bag and bad guacamole. Surely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone out there, there are better rooftop bars! In addition to this, I called asking if the place was pet friendly, and they said no, HOWEVER I saw a dog in that bar sitting ON THE furniture, really not consistent...

Great view, friendly staff although not very present (forgot to ask if we wanted dessert) and wine advice was poor (a lot of choices possible but we were not particularly recommended one wine above another). Food could be better in term of quality and variety compared to the quality of the view and the prices of the plates.

So if you wanted to have a look at the view it is ok but I would not recommend...

Wir waren hier Samstags mit acht Personen zum Essen. Die Location ist ganz schön. Vom 26. Stock im Radisson Blue Hotel hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Hamburg. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Bedingungen waren auch sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Das Essen war sehr lecker aber meiner Meinung nach hat das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht ganz gepasst. Die Hauptgerichte waren ohne Beilage und man hätte sich Extras für mindestens 10 € dazu bestellen müssen.

Warum es so wenige Punkte gibt liegt am Service. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man immer reagieren, wenn die Gäste am Tisch vor leeren Gläsern sitzen. Wir haben immer wieder Getränke an der Bar bestellt, weil leider niemand mehr vorbei gekommen ist um nach dem Rechten zu schauen. Es wurde auch zwischendurch nicht nochmal nachgefragt ob alles passt oder ob wir noch weitere Wünsche haben. Auch hätten einige von uns gerne noch einen Nachtisch gegessen aber auch diesbezüglich hat leider keiner der zahlreichen Bedienungen mal nachgefragt ob wir noch etwas haben möchten. Am Ende gab's leider keinen Nachtisch.

Man muss zwar hinzufügen, dass es an diesem Samstag Abend ziemlich voll war aber trotzdem sollte man für sowas einen...
