It's an interesting system. You can basically choose from a selection of ingredients, including meat, veggies, seafood, noodles, and tofu. There's a big bowl where you put your favourites. There's a base price, and whatever you choose is an 'add-on'. There are several types of soup to choose from (and the spicy level), you pay for them and they will cook for you. There are additional toppings and sauce (chilli) for free. I recommend the udon noodles. I think Udon noodles go best with. Beef, meatballs, deep-fried tofu and mushrooms go well.
The price is a bit high... between €17〜25 per bowl. The service is ok. The staff is helpful and kind.
