SCAM!! The menu says one price but they charge you 20% more and say “sorry, new price”

They give you a menu in German with a QR code for the menu in English. You pick your food, and when they bring you the bill every item is 2 euros more expensive (and some even more). Then the waitresses explain that they changed the price recently but they forgot to change the online menu. When explained that I understand but still expected to be charged the prices I saw on their menu, they tell you that if they do the proper discount the owner will deduct it from their pay.
