Very good quality tonkotsu ramen. Broth was thick and creamy as it should be, and the chashu was very soft and tasty. Egg was also done perfectly, which is very rare for ramen restaurants in EU!

House lemonades were good but not special, we've had better. We tried both the lychee and kumquat. I preferred the kumquat and my husband preferred the lychee upon tasting both.

Jasmine green tea was also very good. Definitely recommend this place and make sure to make a reservation.

Note: a few days prior to eating at this restaurant, I already did an order from them thru lieferando. I really have to credit them as they had the best packaging for food delivery I've had. I'm very impressed at how they've secured the ramen broth to not have any spills and they've separated the broth and the noodles/toppings to not cause these to become saggy during transport. I've also tried their ebi tempura and karaage and these too were well packaged and everything was...

Food: the restaurant provides various types of sushi. I would not say this is authentic Japanese sushi type, it's more of fushion sushi type that we all know of. I an a fan of both 😊. I love everything that we ordered, especially the sashimi! The fish was fresh and very tasty! So are the other ingredients! Therefore, the price is definitely worth it.

Service: the staffs are nice, friendly and attentive. It would be better if they also take credit cards for payments. As far as I know, only cash or EC cards are accepted.

Atmosphere: the place is cozy, however it is so small, in comparison to the amount of tables, that it would make me feel uncomfortable to breathe at some point. Nevertheless, I heard that there's another side of the restaurant, which is way bigger. I would definitely try...

Mmmm, came here alone, had sashimi as a starter, wagyu ramen as main course and mochi as dessert. First off, service ultra nice and polite, as expected. Portions on the smaller side, getting just the main course would not have been sufficient for an adult male. Food arrived very fast.

Details

Starter Sashimi was very tasty, served on ice in an appealing manner.

Ramen Wagyu Ramen was very good, the beef was medium rare and flavorful. The other toppings were all well prepared. The broth was rich and played well into the ingredients. The noodles were very tasty also.

Dessert The mochi were served with mini marshmallows and raspberry sirup. The combination worked well.

Overall a great place to have a relaxed meal, definitely better than some other ramen...

Very conveniently located place with a very authentic flair. There's not more than 10 tables so ordering a table in advance makes sense. The service was lovely too! The ramen was great, really recommend it -- same for the homemade ice tea. We only shared one sushi roll and it was nice but nothing too extravagant or mind-blowing here. Solid sushi and ramen without any frills. However, the prices are a bit high (16-18€ for ramen and 12€ for a California roll with 8 slim pieces) - for that price I would expect something more refined. Note the place is located in a basement so not wheelchair accessible.
