Meet U — Restaurant in Hanover

Last week we took a train me and my husband in our anniversary, the trip took us 4 hours to get to this shop, why ? Because i was so happy with our first experience a year ago. Sadly it turned out to be a mess this time. To be fair the employees were different..like Amateurs, they were inbelievably unorganized. I understand that maybe they just started but in top of that one of them was so impatient and rude with us and even with his colleague. One of the drinks we ordered was missing the boba .. my husband told them it had none but they insisted it had, until we drank the whole thing in the train going back home and realized that the drink was really incomplete. A big disappointment on a special day.....

Very bad attitude from the girl who is at the cashier. she has no expression no say thank you or whatsoever, even i as the customer is the one who is smiling and say thank you. She is so cold and when our cup breaks, she turn her head and said nothing with a very sadistic dont care attitude. Very very unfriendly staff. I hope the store replace her . Or maybe she is the boss? So she can be like that 😅 I feel so bad mood after talking to her. My good...

Ich habe einen Taro Milk Tea bestellt und mich wirklich darauf gefreut, da ich zuvor viel Gutes über den Laden gehört habe. Umso enttäuschter war ich, als ich das Getränk bekam: Es bestand ausschließlich aus Milch, mit einer leicht gräulichen Paste auf dem Becher aber keinesfalls mit der typischen lila Farbe, die man bei Taro erwartet. Geschmacklich war es ebenfalls enttäuschend es schmeckte wie einfache Milch mit Zucker, aber nicht nach Taro. Ich bin daraufhin zum Personal gegangen und habe freundlich nachgefragt, warum der Tee so farblos ist. Die Antwort war, dass das Getränk „nur auf dem Bild lila“ sei was ich persönlich sehr schade und nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar finde, Vorallem Für den doch recht hohen Preis hätte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet, den Preis hätte ich gerne bezahlt hätte ich das bekommen was angegeben wäre. Etwas mehr Aufklärung in der Qualität als auch in der Transparenz wäre gewünscht. Meine Freunde hatten bisher gute Erfahrungen mit dem Laden daher hoffe ich, dass es sich um einen Einzelfall gehandelt hat. Dennoch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn dies vor Ort erklärt worden wäre oder irgendwie gelöst...
