first off i want to say that i used to go to this shop last summer and i loved it, the costumer service was okay and the drinks were pleasant. but lately the experience has been subpar. a while back, we ordered our drinks, and after waiting for about 30 minutes although there were few other people in line, we finally get our drinks just to find out that they ran out of tapioca pearls meaning one of our drinks did not have boba. now i understand things like his happen but instead of offering us a refund, they simply told us that “we’re out sorry” and in a quite rude tone. knowing this i still went to their shop because it’s one of the only boba places near us, and my experience has usually been okay. but today, i had another negative experience with their costumer service. after waiting for almost an hour to get our tea, we finally get it to find that the teas are definitely missing milk, which we all ordered (i quite literally have the receipts). one of us questioned the strange looking bobas, asking if it didn’t have milk, and an employee told a that we needed to “shake it up” well i shook it up and there was definitely not milk in it. this was very frustrating especially since one of us paid extra for milk. this review is long, but what i’m trying to get at is that the costumer service is not good, and it’s very disappointing to see since i did genuinely enjoy this place prior to the poor experiences. i don’t think i’ll be coming back for a while, since i don’t see a point in waiting up to an hour just for something in my drink...

The menu of the place was very easy to follow, which can be difficult to find in some boba shops. The drink I ordered came out very quickly. It was cool, refreshing, and tasted amazing. Many options to choose from, but not too many to make it overwhelming. All in all it was a good experience and an awesome place to stop by for a boba (or even a non boba) treat!
Edit Oct. 15 2020:
Stopped by on Sunday! The Pumpkin Spice Hokkaido I had was so good, and I usually don't like pumpkin spice. Plus I got there early so the...

I managed to make the ultimate coconut dream drink here.
They take cards here which is great, at the time we came here we had a limit in occupancy due to social distancing so service was a bit slow but none the less it was worth the wait.
MY DREAM BOBA HAD- jasmine green tea, coconut milk, milk tea type, less sweet, with coconut and lychee jelly. the flavour was perfect as I am a coconut lover!
The staff here is real nice and polite as well as the decor is pretty cute.
This is a place where I will come back to get more tea when I...
