First of all, it's a highly recommended food place in Karlsruhe. The owner, if I'm not mistaken, is named Cemal or Celal, and he's a very kind man. He speaks Turkish, Arabic, German at a very good level, and a bit of English. But don't worry if you can't speak any of these languages, as the owner finds a way to communicate with you :). I tried the falafel and hummus, and both of them were amazing, with a solid 5/5 rating. They were very fresh, and unlike others, the falafel didn't smell bad because of the oil bath. I tried a combo plate which sounded promising and looked great when served (falafel, chicken, hummus, baba ghanoush, salad, yogurt sauce).
The falafel was indeed fresh (the mash is waiting in a bowl to be fried after your order) and it tasted good, but not great. And the chicken was very dry (it was night closing time, so maybe it was "tired" all day, but still).
