Puro Yogurt — Local services in Karlsruhe

We love frozen yogurt, and sadly this is the only place to get it in Karlsruhe. They also sell waffles, and recently they added matcha flavor to their frozen yogurts. We haven’t tried it yet though.

It is a bit pricey and the toppings portion is small, but the frozen yogurt itself is really good. The shop is located inside Ettlinger Tor. The portions overall are on the smaller side, but they do offer multiple sizes. The staff are nice, and overall it’s not...

Gestern habe ich mir eine Waffel gekauft. Geschmack war gut, die Waffel war nicht zu süß.

Grund für meine Bewertung: Auf dem Preisschild stand: ”Waffel” und darunter “+2Toppings” und darunter “+2Soßen”. Mit einem großen Abstand stand noch ganz unten auf dem Schild “+Frozen Joghurt”. Also: “Waffel” “+2Toppings” “+2Soßen”

Durch den großen Abstand auf dem Schild (zwischen “+2Soßen” und “+Frozen Joghurt”) und den hohen Preis bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass man die Waffel und den FroJo seperat bekommt. Kurz bevor der FroJo dann auf die Waffel gemacht wurde, fragte ich, ob man es separat servieren könnte (Waffel für mich, FroJo für Freundin). Daraufhin antwortete die Servicekraft stur, dass das auf gar keinen Fall ginge, weil das Steuerbetrug sei. Obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass man die gleiche Menge an FroJo einfach in einen Becher machen könnte, wurde das nicht akzeptiert.

Entschuldigung, aber so einen schlechten Service habe ich schon lange nicht...

Really small amount of toppings, even tho toppings aren’t the expensive part of it, and when you ask for more, she won’t give you anymore! Same with sauces! Waaay too expensive, especially in comparison to the one in Stuttgart for example. But she was nice...
