Cycle Roasters — Restaurant in Lübeck

Excellent specialty coffee shop in Lübeck that roasts their own beans. The place to go in the city if you are into great coffee. I had an excellent cappucino with beans from Costa Rica and they had a separate hopper with their espresso blend also available. The space is small, but it screams coffee nerd. They had aeropress filters, comandante grinders, distributer, tampers, and anything else you could need for your coffee habit for sale, along with their rotating selection of beans. I am kicking myself for not taking a photo to post as the Google photos had me wondering if this was even a real coffee shop....

Von dieser lokalen Kaffeerösterei habe ich schon einiges gehört im positiven Sinne auch deren Social Media Auftritte auf Instagramm und YouTube sind sehr gut gelungen, konnte das erste Mal mich davon auf den Hamburg Coffee Festival 2022 von überzeugen und auch 2024 auf dem Festival und definitiv ein Begriff in der Specialty Coffee Szene in Deutschland etc.

Hatte die Tage online bestellt mit angebotenen Click&Collect, da ich frei hatte und eh Mal wieder nach Lübeck wollte und dort auch Mal direkt vor Ort zu sein bei den Cycleroasters. Gesagt und getan, als ich den kleinen Laden gefunden habe der von außen nur durch paar Tische und Stühle sichtbar war und ein kleines Logo an der Fensterscheibe prangte wusste ich da ist es . Der Laden ist von innen auch sehr klein und eng, wenige Sitzplätze sind vorhanden was etwas Schade ist.

Vor Ort hat man richtig viel Auswahl von deren Kaffeesortiment ob Espresso/Filter oder Kaffeevollautomat was quasi eine ganze Wand eingenommen hatte, ebenso gibt es Merchandising von den Cycleroasters und Kaffeezubereitungs Equipment für daheim. Die beiden Baristi vor Ort waren sehr nett und aufgeschlossen und sehr hilfsbereit in allen Fragen rund um deren Sortiment und sonstiges, echt herzlich Hanseatisch authentisch dieser Ort .

Auch das Click & Collect hat einwandfrei funktioniert, war schon zusammengestellt und abholbereit, und der Cappuccino vor Ort war auch wirklich mega Spitze. Diese Rösterei versteht definitiv ihr Handwerk und echt ein must have wenn ihr aus Lübeck & Umgebung kommt oder als Tourist vor Ort seid. Und Preis Leistung für Getränke und Süßspeisen definitiv voll in Ordnung und die Kaffeebohnen preislich und auch qualitativ mehr als hochwertig.

An diesen Ort würde ich wenn ich in Lübeck wohnen würde jeden Tag...
