In regard of the last post by Maria Ruigomez: Having a higher demand and having to hire more people has nothing to do with increasing the prices. If you have higher demand, you hire more people to meet that demand, and with that money you pay those people. And you hire the exact amount of people that makes your business more profitable, the amount where you can achieve your highest profit. By cooking in greater quantities you can even cut costs. AsiaHung has hundreds of employees and this does not make AsiaHung more expensive. It's understandable that you rise the prices due to inflation or because rents are more expensive whatever but you cannot argument price risings of over 50% with "meeting the demand" and getting enough revenues to survive. I don't judge it, it's everyone's right to try to grow, but the argument makes no sense and a lot of former customers I know are disappointed by such a immense...

My favorite asian restaurant hands down. It's really small, seating around 8-10 people at most but the food is great, especially for the price. However, what has me returning every time is the staff. The guy that will take your order most of the time is probably the nicest and most polite person I ever saw. He will greet you as you enter and he's always cheerful and has a smile to accompany his charm. Really...

Über die letzten Jahre habe ich immer sehr gut hier gegessen, aber ich habe vor letzte Woche Abendessen bestellt, und war sehr verwundert. Leider hat niemand bei dem Restaurant meine Beschwerde-E-Mail (an info@) geantwortet und so schreibe ich hier.

Kurz nach der Bestellung rief mich eine Mitarbeiterin an und fragte mich, ob ich nicht sofort kommen könnte, da Sie gerade schließen wollten. Es scheint, dass die Website eine Bestellung annimmt, auch wenn das Essen nach Schließung des Restaurants fertig wäre. Wir waren dankbar und froh, dass das Essen noch schnell und kurz vor Schluss zubereitet werden konnte.

Weniger erfreulich war die Qualität des Essens. Das Tintenfisch-Gericht war okay, aber nichts Besonderes und das Enten-Gericht, und es tut mir leid, das so auszudrücken, war das, was ich von einem All-you-can-eat-Buffet erwartet hätte. Also, die Qualität (hinsichtlich Frische und Geschmack) war nicht so, wie ich es von Ihrem Restaurant kenne und liebe.

Das Engagement der Mitarbeiter, das Essen noch schnell aus der Küche zu holen, ist lobenswert. Aber die Qualität hat offenbar darunter gelitten. Neue Koch? Oder was war...
