Shahab is the most wonderful host ever. He is warm and friendly and very accommodating. His mother's special brownie was heavenly and combines with the ice cream felt like a piece of a cloud in the mouth. The Faloode was absolutely mouthwateringly delicious. It was one of the most authentic Persian desserts ever - brought back memories of home. The Persian Mint Tea was refreshing and blew our taste buds. Being someone who enjoys alcohol in very small quantities, Pineapple Love hit the right spot - It was very delicately balanced flavours where there was no strong taste or smell of alcohol. We went for breakfast, it was just around the corner from where we were staying. The café certainly has its very own charm. My mother-in-law enjoyed listening to the Beatles music playing, my husband was excited for his morning coffee, my toddler loved loved loved the gentle senior dog Amon. Luckily Amon enjoyed being pet by her. I loved how everyone was so happy to be there 😆 Breakfast 'only' had two options, unfortunately none of them were vegan as they had butter, cheese, eggs and honey as components. Delicious though. Lovely cafe! Everything is Frida Kahlo themed even the chairs have Frita motives on them. I loved the vibe there and the cosiness of the whole decor. The owner of the place is very friendly and asked us if we are enjoying, he showed care in what he does. We will definitely come back for the drinks and the finger food they offer.
