I recently tried their take-out service, and I must say, it was such an amazing experience! The food was truly delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavors were exceptional! Each bite was filled with delightful taste that satisfied my cravings. The food quality was excellent, showing their dedication to providing a great dining experience. The service was friendly and attentive. They took care to ensure my take-out order was accurate and made sure I had everything I needed. It was evident that they value their customers, even for take-out orders. The prices were reasonable, offering good value for the tasty food they provided. Although there was a small oversight with my order, missing a part of it, I understand mistakes happen, especially during busy times. It didn't diminish my overall enjoyment because the food and service were still impressive. I highly recommend this place. Ehrlicherweise haben wir lange überlegt wie wir das Restaurant bewerten sollen. Die erste Bekanntschaft mit einer BKE-Filiale machten wir in Duisburg und waren begeistert. Einfach wunschlos glücklich. Die Mannheimer Filiale ist leider noch nicht auf diesem Level. Aufgrund der vielen negativen Stimmen wollten wir erst gar nicht hin, haben uns aber dafür entschieden der Location eine Chance zu geben. Wollten meinen Geburtstag dort ausklingen lassen. Wir sind weder wunschlos glücklich noch absolut unzufrieden mit der Filiale; für eine 5-Sterne Bewertung gab es einige Fehler die einfach nicht passieren dürfen. Nichtsdestotrotz wurde uns dafür preislich entgegengekommen und zusätzlich bekamen wir je ein Soufflé mit flüssigem Kern plus Tee und Kaffee. Wir fanden das ziemlich fair und denken auch nicht, dass man hier groß Theater machen muss; da immerhin sehr sehr viel in der Filiale los war. Ich bestellte einen Iskender und meine Frau einen muhtesem Bursa. Ich war sehr angetan, meine Frau nicht so sehr; obwohl ich der Meinung bin, dass ihr Essen ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Wie gesagt: es gab einige Kleinigkeiten, aber sowohl die Restaurantleitung als auch unser Kellner „Kivircik“ waren sehr bemüht es wieder gut zu machen. Kivircik war wirklich super; trotz der sehr hohen Besucheranzahl, hatte er die Lage voll im Griff und nahm sich genügend Zeit für die Gäste. Hierfür: bravo, Hut ab. Ein Tipp: Thema Sauberkeit gerne nochmal intern durchsprechen. Ihr wisst was wir meinen. :-)

Dürüst olmak gerekirse, restoranı nasıl değerlendireceğimizi uzun uzun düşündük. İlk olarak Duisburg'da bir BKE şubesi ile tanıştık ve çok memnun kaldik. Ne yazık ki, Mannheim şubesi henüz bu seviyede değil. Bircok olumsuz yorumlar nedeniyle hiç gitmek istemedik ama mekana bir şans vermeye karar verdik. Doğum günümü orada sonlandirmak istedim. Şubeden ne tamamen mutlu ne de kesinlikle memnun olarak ayrildik; 5 yıldızlı bir yorum verebilmemiz için, olmaması gereken bazı (küçük) hatalar vardı. Yine de fiyat açısından bize bir güzellik yaptilar. Ayrica ikimizede sıvı çekirdekli sufle artı çay ve kahve ikram ettiler. Bunun oldukça adil olduğunu düşündük ve burada büyük bir yaygara koparmaya gerek olmadığını düşünüyoruz; ne de olsa şubede çok fazla müsteri vardi, ve bazen olumsuzluklar olabiliyor. Kendime İskender ve eşime muhtesem bursa sipariş ettim. Ben yemegimden çok etkilendim, eşim o kadar begenmedi diyebiliriz; ama ben hala onunda yemeklerini denedim ve gayet basariliydi. Dediğim gibi, ufak tefek birkaç şey vardı ama hem restoran yönetimi hem de garsonumuz "Kıvırcık" her şeyi düzeltmek için çok uğraştı. Tekrar tesekkür ederiz.
