I had an appointment for a cake smash with our soon to be one year old.

Unfortunately it was cancelled but ONLY once we were at the studio! Having a baby definitely doesn't (always) allow for flexibility of this kind!

Anyway the appointment was moved an hour back. Our baby was already tired so the shoot wasn't as relaxing as we might have hoped.

Although the photographer appeared friendly, I didn't feel like she had the necessary experience to head a photography session with our baby. (I have had photography sessions with our baby prior to this...).

I came at 4pm to select the pictures we liked best and I was quite disappointed. The lighting didn't appear good, there were a lot of pic's where things were "cut off", or where hands etc were included that didn't look nice.

On top of it all, I had to call thrice to receive the link to my pic's, before I got it.

I had to pay for the 45 minute shoot, bring everything myself ( balloons, cake, confetti etc.) And additionally, for all the 10 pics I chose.

So just rather pay one photographer, who has experience, and who organises everything! Sometimes it's better not to save money on the...

I recently visited Picturepeople to get my passport photos taken, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. They ensured that everything was handled quickly and smoothly, with great attention to detail.

The photographer was patient and skilled, making sure the lighting and angles were perfect to meet passport photo requirements. The studio itself was spotless, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. I was also impressed by how fast they processed my photos without compromising quality.

Overall, Picturepeople provided an exceptional service, and I highly recommend them for any of your photo needs. Will definitely be returning for future services. Five stars...

Wir hatten heute zu dritt ein Deluxe-Family-Shooting um 14:00 Uhr. Wir waren pünktlich vor Ort und kamen auch wenige Minuten später an die Reihe. Die Fotografin bereite kurz das Shooting vor und wir machten uns im Shooting-Raum schnell frisch und „ready“. Um ca. 14:07 Uhr begann das Shooting. Es lief recht gut ab, es wurden verschiedene Szenen durchprobiert was eine gewissen Abwechslung bot.

Das Deluxe-Shooting geht laut Gutschein (theoretisch) 105 Minuten; davon sind 45 Minuten für das eigentliche Shooting reserviert. Hier kommen wir zum ersten negativen Punkt, denn schon um 14:32 Uhr waren die Aufnahmen beendet (uns wurde telefonisch zugesagt, dass aufgrund des fehlenden Make-Ups das Shooting etwas länger gehen würde, als Ausgleich). Gerade mit einem Kleinkind (4j) hätte man sich hier etwas mehr Zeit lassen und die 45 -55 Minuten ausreizen können. Es war für uns aber zunächst in Ordnung, da die Fotografin einen kompetenten Eindruck machte und wir mit ca. Bildern bestimmt genug gute dabei haben würden.

Was aber gar nicht ging und uns das ganze Shooting versaut hat, war die nachfolgende Zeit in der die Fotografin SUPER UNFREUNDLICH und GEHETZT auftrat. Nach der ca. 10-minütigen Bearbeitung (wir warteten im Shooting-Raum) wurden dann die Bilder selektiert. Hierfür sind mindestens 30 Minuten eingeplant. Wir fühlten uns z.T. echt gehetzt und um ca. 14:50 Uhr meinte die Fotografin, dass wir langsam zum Ende kommen müssten. Als ich intervenierte und sagte, dass wir doch 105 Minuten für das gesamte schooling hätten wurde ich erst angepflaumt. Ich verwies noch einmal auf das DELUXE-Shooting. Daraufhin merkte die Fotografin, dass sie wohl im falschen Zeitrahmen sei und ruderte etwas zurück.

Im gesamten Auswahlzeitraum hatte ich das Gefühl unter Druck zu stehen und nicht Kunde=König zu sein. Eher hatte ich das Gefühl. Die Fotografin wollte ihre Pakete verkaufen und ihre schroffe und kundenunfreundliche Art fand auch meine Freundin äußerst unangenehm. Ich war schon drei mal bei PICTURE PEOPLE und so wurde ich noch nie behandelt. Deswegen diese Rezension. Am liebsten hätte ich keinen Cent da gelassen, auch wenn die Fachkompetenz sicherlich nicht schlecht war.
