We had an awful experience there, we went there with 3 kids When the boys wanted to wash their hands my daughter (9y) tried to help them with the bathroom door that was heavy for boys. She just hold the door for them and no one else was in the bathroom, one of the staff rushed there and annoyed them، I heard her clearly: you don't suppose to play here & made them leave the bathroom with soapy hands. One of the kids started to cry and the whole experience was horrible for them. She didn't even apologize. She did give candies to them but her approach wasn't kind or caring. I can't believe that someone would dare to treat children like that. Even if some kids play in the bathroom (not in this case) or even a girl goes to the boys bathroom (again not in this case because my daughter wasn't in the bathroom she was holding the door and no one else was in there) it doesn't give you permission to insult them. This is not acceptable and we won't step a foot in this place again & definitely not recommend...
Read moreVisited the place for a dinner around 9 p.m., The stuff are 100% unfriendly. If you don't speak Germany or Turkish, probably this is not the place for you. The waiter was almost shouting on us, smoking besides us (we were eating out side) and he also complained and didn't want to come over multiple times and said some words in Turkish while throwing aggressively the menu on the menus table. Horrible experience, will never visit this place again. Such kind of people and behavior should be punished. To be completely honest, the food was good.
