Deli Star Bagel & Coffee GmbH — Restaurant in Munich

During a trip to Munich, I quite serendipitously came across a cafe called Deli Star Bagel & Coffee GmbH.

Whilst walking along, I happened to notice quite a few people inside enjoying bagels and coffee, which looked rather inviting. Feeling a little weary from walking and wanting something light to eat, I decided on impulse to step inside.

This unplanned visit turned out to be a genuinely good find, as I discovered some really tasty bagels upon entering. The cafe provides a good variety when it comes to choosing your bagel base, offering several types.

Enjoying a well-prepared bagel along with a coffee provided a very pleasant and satisfying break during my exploration...

I've been a loyal fan from around 2000, going super frequently for several years and now make it a point to go back whenever I can make it during a visit. The bagels are as good as ever, the cappuccino was a disappointment though, the oat milk not foamed at all, with an overall slightly bitter taste.Also a bit sad they dropped the various cream cheeses from the menu. But glad they still have the SZ and some other papers. Service usually is quite friendly and WiFi works well. Other food and snacks, both savory and sweet...

Nice staff and great ambience for anyone who looks for a quiet place to read or work on the weekend. I was asking for how sweet the chai latte is, and the staff was very nice to let me try the flavour of it after explaining the impossibility of removing the sugar in the drink. He actually adjusted the sweetness for me by adding more milk for the chai tea latte I got. Very considerable. I also tried the carrot cake here.
