Etisch is a wonderful vegan cafe in Munich. It has a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It is exceedingly clean, bright, light, and airy. A corner spot and huge windows let you bask in the sun and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying their fresh and flavoursome coffee. Of which I had three. There's seating outside to enjoy the sun. Beside the great coffee I had a slice of the mango creme torte. It was melt in the mouth lovely. So much so that I had another slice. Yummy! Besides the great cake, they also do amazing food bowls and a plethora of vegan products. Olive oil to die for and wines to tickle the taste buds, amongst many other things. Ethish in Munich is a total gem for vegan food lovers. Every dish we tried was amazing. The Soja Hack Burek was seriously next level—crispy, light, and packed with flavor. The Veta Spinat Burek was just as good, with creamy vegan feta and spinach. Both came with this super fresh, crunchy coleslaw that I’m still thinking about. And the red pepper dip? Absolutely unreal—rich, smoky, and made everything taste even better.

For dessert, the Chia Zitrone Pudding was so refreshing, with the perfect balance of sweet and zesty. The Schokobirne was rich and indulgent, but the Salty Mango? That was something else—light, perfectly sweet and salty, and hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had.
