Service war schrecklich . This morning my friend and I bought 2 bowls of chicken salad. When we are waiting for the elevator I saw some gray stuff looking like Mold on a piece of cucumber and cheese. So I looked at the bottom, it’s already expired yesterday (mindestens haltbar Datum). We wanted to change to something else. She basically claimed but yelled it’s still okay to eat and do we want to give it back or not. My friend could not speak German so I told the woman we need to consider. Then she kept yelling at us while talking with other customers. We decided to change she said she refused to sell us anything. And we should give back everything(no need to say, it’s something that s normal person would do for returning) She even ask is it because we can’t even afford it? Excuse me?
I am well aware that it is allowed to sell expired food in Germany but the date is on the bottom of the package. It should at least be clarified to the customers right? Or have it written on a noticeable site?
She was yelling from the beginning to the end, it lasted about 3 mins i guess. I have never seen this kind of service in my life. I was so shocked that I did not even think of telling her the possible Mold in the bowl.
To the server: Don’t work in there service branches if you don’t get along with people. You won’t be happy and the customers also won’t.
No wonder all the bad ratings about the service on google.
At last we bought Schnitzel Semmel in another shop in the middle of this floor, just inside. It is freshly...

A small but well-stocked bakery right inside the bus terminal, perfect for a quick coffee or snack before your trip.
They offer the typical Ihle selection: sandwiches, pretzels, croissants, pastries, and good coffee at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also spoke English, which is great since many travelers here are from abroad.
There are a few high tables with chairs where you can sit down and enjoy your drink or pastry. Despite the busy atmosphere of the bus station, it’s a pleasant spot to take a short break.
⭐️ 4 stars, friendly staff, good selection, and ideal for a quick stop before...
Read moreI was treated like a dog in this place. The attendant threw my coffe (that I had payed for and had drank barely half of it) on the floor. All to point out that I was not supposed to eat outside food in the premises. I clearly hadn't seen the sign otherwise would'nt be doing that. But definately she overreacted aproaching me with this authoritarian tone, snapping her fingers and letting me to pick up the cup of the coffe she had dropped and that I hadn't even consumed from the floor. I felt completely humiliated and had 2 euros spent in a coffe I didn't...
