Restaurant Oliva — Restaurant in Munich

Racist, Racist, and Racist.... I speak and can comprehend multiple languages including Deutsche and Turkish but I decided to speak English when ordering my food because the woman in front of me did. The employee pretended to not understand me and then preceded to charge me an extra euro for a durum wrap 😑😐, I brushed it off... as i stepped aside in line to add toppings to my durum, the other employee began to move with haste as if he knew what I wanted and then when I stated „Ohne Käse“ he begin to catch an attitude like a little b....h... once again I brushed it off and as he concluded my order he mumbled „kara pislik.......“ in Turkish which translates to black scum...and when I heard that I answered in Deutsche asking „what did he say“ and he replied with some Bullsh_t answer saying here or to go...

All in all, This Place sucks the food was bland and the sitting corner was dirty, I would recommend the Thai restaurant or the Pommes joint in 10 meters away . If I could fight the men behind the counter I would, I hope they see this...

The kebab is actually the best in Europe in my opinion, it tastes absolutely amazing when they manage to get my order right. Sadly though, the staff are very unpleasant, they are rude and insult foriegen people who struggle speaking German. Each time I've been there the food had been great but my ordering experience has been awful.

My wife who is German also struggles to speak with them and found them very dismissive and rude. The food is amazing but the people are not very nice, proceed with caution, but once you get your meal it will be worth the toxic...

Employees are rude and unpleasant. No hello, no thank you (I speak German and English). It looks like customers disturb them. When I arrived, the other restaurants around were almost full.
