Landbäckerei IHLE GmbH — Restaurant in Munich

Look.. my wife and I went in for a hot chocolate, we speak English but can sort of understand simple German, when ordering a coffee etc.. the lady taking orders behind the counter was rude strait up to my wife.. for no reason, made me feel like leaving strait away, the food looks great I declined to have any after her rudeness and just got a coke zero, but my wife eventually was able to order a hot chocolate, not sure why she was so sour but I watched her treat a few other customers the exact same, (also English speaking) but was way more helpful to obviously a local person.. I get kind of obliged after witnessing this to leave a review we stayed across the road in a hotel for a few today's and this made us not come back to this cafe/bakery place but chose to go a bit further to get a more hospitipal experience at other venues.. All I can say is very rude...

FREIGTENING and INTIMIDATING the customer is new style of doing business?!

This just happened 17.07 - 19:45.

(Conversation takes place in german.) Older man serving and telling me there is a limit of 3 for card payments. Asking him to add more to reach 3 euro but he says it not 3euro and im telling him to add one more. Then asking a customer to help me out. Then the server (he) switch to polish ?! The switch to german and start mumbling something about me. I asked him why is talking bad about me? He started to shout this was the last time never come back.

Would be glad to hear from the management how they allowing this behavior.

All other * star comments says the same thing repeatedly that the staff is unfriendly, rolling eyes, talking bad.

Is this how you want your brand be...

NOT a good service, the sellers always makes faces for every request, at first I thought it was a specific person but after buying there a few times, I realized that EVERYONE does it. Unpolite, unkind, rolling their eyes at you. The bread is good but every buying experience there is just unpleasant. Don't think I will...
