I visited the café today and ordered an ice coffee. The place was bustling, as it usually is on sunny days, which is understandable. However, I was shocked by the lack of hygiene practices I witnessed.

The barista who prepared my drink handled everything without gloves— as usually is the case but then she even grabbing ice directly with her hands from the freezer. It was disgusting, and I was so taken aback that I couldn’t say anything, especially with so many people behind me waiting for their orders. As a result, I didn’t even touch my iced coffee.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a concerning experience here. On a previous visit, I received a coffee in a cup that had lipstick marks from the person before me.

While I appreciate the busy atmosphere and the staff's efforts, I strongly believe that better hygiene practices are necessary. I hope to see improvements in this area on...

started with unfriendly service, the girl obviously seemed bothered like ‘how dare u wanna order but okay what do u want’ type of an attitude.

we got a coffee for some reason on an old plastic tray. the double espresso was bad, the iced latte was just from visual point of view wrong on so many levels. basically I was dri king just milk. also i made a hige mistake finishing the coffee as I was like ‘for the price imma not leaving this here’ and now I feel sick. the cakea looked bad so we didn’t even try to order them. u will do better elsewhere as u fortunately our fav coffee spot Suuapinga was closed.

Cute place, unfortunately I had quite a funny experience with the barista. She got my oat milk order wrong and made my coffees with cow milk (totally fair, not a problem) My boyfriend went inside to fix the mix up. The staff hesitatingly agreed to make new coffees and once she brought them out she felt the need to lecture me by saying “next time you really need to say what kind milk you want”. I found it super inappropriate to have to defend myself over a milk-misunderstanding, but explained her that I indeed did order oat milk, to which responded with a really poor attitude and left.
