M1 Restaurant — Restaurant in Munich

The BMW Welt and Museum offered a great experience for the whole family. But - We had a very, very unpleasant experience right at the end of the amazing tour. Unfortunately, we went to the M1 Restaurant for ordering some snacks to eat. We wanted to order ice cream and muffins, but the man (who must have been the manager and looked like an Indian) who served it to us was extremely rude and impatient. We wanted to order some more things, but he had no patience at all and was in a hurry to bill the items before we finished ordering. I told him to be polite and patient to his customer, which made him really angry and take back the tray with the food items and showing us the way out and telling us to get lost! The M1 cafe was for sure a change of pace. If you thought “hey, they are really good at engineering, they must make fantastic cappuccinos” you might be wrong as it was a little disappointing but having a drink while being sat in my favourite museum made up for it. There not much variety of food. They have some sandwiches and bowls as well as Brezel etc. but not proper meals during the lunch time.
