Low quality, competitive price, really UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I live here and use to take breakfast outside. Many times i toke my coffe to go in here, never consume it inside since is a MESS, paper and sugar everywhere, tables are terribly unclean, and most important, the personal is truly unfriendly: they never say hello or goodbye, or asking if there is anything else needed, they never release a receipt (once i had to split the bill with some friends, so when i asked for the bill, they were kind of disappointed).

Most of the clients are foreigns students: once I saw the personal trying to cheat on the cash back, or more simply, if you don't speak German they ignore anything you will try to say (i helped a guy to take is money back).

As someone experiencing Germany for the first time, this bakery truly captured the rich flavors of authentic German baked goods. The bread was incredibly fresh and soft, and the croissant I tried was just delicious—truly a melt-in-your-mouth experience. My daughter loved it too!

What made our visit even better was the warm hospitality of the owner, who welcomed us with a genuine smile and spoke excellent English, which made us feel right at home. Excellent bakery. All the breads, sandwiches and cakes we get there are always fresh and tasty. There's a really big selection of breads, filled semmel rolls, and cakes - perfect to pop into to get lunch for a picnic. But go early if you want to get your favourite cake because they often start running low by midday! I really like the poppy seed...
