A wonderful cozy stop for a mid morning breakfast, or early lunch depending on the time you show up! Have a hot cup of kaffee, with a drop of cream is how I like it, or maybe a beer, it’s all up to you! The service here is excellent, and please don’t stress the waitresses out by expecting them to speak perfect English, they try and I tried some German as well! The food was delivered quickly and steaming hot, with a delicious basket of assorted breads for the table. Don’t be unnerved by the color of your egg yolks, that is the proof of their freshness, and if you order (Weisswurst) white sausage, it just might be in what looks like a soup terrine of hot water because it is boiled! If you are a fan of breakfast skillets, try the Deftig, a mix of fried potatoes with onions, bacon, cheese and eggs. It comes with more fabulous bread and a small pot of butter and berry jam, superb! Prices are very reasonable, a full breakfast will cost between 💶 10-15 depending on your order and drink. The attitudes around tipping vary depending on where you are, while tipping isn’t always expected in certain spaces, it is always greatly appreciated! Remember, if you are visiting during Oktoberfest, millions of tourists are in town as well, so make sure you are treating the service staff everywhere with a bit of compassion for the crowds, and always with respect! So if you ever find yourself in Munich City Centre, drop in and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even dinner at Rosi Kaffeehaus! Enjoy Unnerved Traveler

The place was infested by bees, around 3-5 of them kept bothering us during our breakfast. The table beside us left mid-eating as they could not stand the bees. Food was tasty, sweets usually better than salty dishes. My order, powerfrüstk (may be spelled wrong) came with an avocado toast with eggs and a side of musli. I expected the eggs to come sunny side up with a gooey yolk but they came overcooked. Make sure you mention your preference to the waiter on this. Big portions for breakfast menus, we were full. Would recommend the musli. Drinks were great too. The tables facing the green are enjoyable, yet anywhere outside you would be joined by bees. The tables on the inside could be a better choice. We paid 55 euros for 3 breakfast menus and 1 drink. I'd say it was mostly worth it, and we could have ordered less food. Overall, nice and pretty place with great food, just keep in mind the portions, bees and mentioning your preference.

The 'Powerfrühstück' breakfast components are very good, but the preparation lacks care. The white part of the fried egg was very cold, because the egg is on top of a very cold tomato/avocado on a cold slice of bread with chia seeds. Taste is good, but this felt very unpleasant to eat. The green smoothie was OK. The 'Flat white' did not have the stable milk foam that is the defining property for this drink, it was more like a small latte with a double shot of espresso. The coffee itself was very good, but for an upmarket coffee place I expect a properly made Flat white. There was one real highlight: the homemade nut muesli is outstanding! I recommend going there and only order this muesli. All in all I paid more than 20€, which feels way too much given the overall experience. When I pointed out that the egg white is unpleasantly cold and suggested to slightly warm up the bread/avocado/tomato part before serving, the response was "we can't do that". I do understand HCCP and food safety, so this has to be stored cold. But - sadly - that response does not show care for the dish and the customer experience.

One of our favorite places to eat on a recent trip to Munich. The food, staff, and service were outstanding. We went several times for breakfast, where you have a large selection of options, including eggs with a choice of sides. I chose eggs, mushrooms, and fresh salmon. My wife had the Bsonders Gsund, one of her favorite breakfasts ever. Porridge with fruit, and tofu, tomatoes, zucchini, etc., in a turmeric sauce. We liked breakfast so much we looked at the dinner menu and decided to have my wife's birthday dinner there. We had a great night and couldn't have been more pleased! The way they treated my wife (even sparklers in the desserts), the food, ambiance, and service was top-notch. We will absolutely return on our next trip to Munich. I would suggest reservations as they can get very busy.

We had brunch here al fresco during on a wonderful sunny day. They have a lot of egg options, but if you don't like eggs, then the options might be a bit limited. Good coffee and drinks selection. I was looking for potato pancakes which they didn't have, the closest were fried potatoes with scrambled eggs. I had the pink superfood latte—which was good until I reached the bottom of the glass and choked on some powder sediments (do not drink bottoms up). The rest of my companions had croissant with ham n cheese, some eggs, and the one that I would recommend—mediterranean scrambled with pistachio pesto. Comes with yoghurt and fruits, which was good, but even better and more Mediterranean if it had honey drizzling.

We came here twice. First time was on a Sunday noon. It was packed. Without a reservation we were turned down. The next day in a late afternoon we came again. This time it was much quieter and we could choose wherever we like. We picked a large sofa and made ourselves comfortable. We ordered a kid’s meal and a cake, also a mulled wine. They all came out quickly and they were very delicious. The waitress was friendly. She was apologizing for her poor English but apparently her English was much better than my German. The cafe provides a cozy and comfy atmosphere. Will definitely come back when in that area.
