Previously, I gave one star due to customer service issues, even though I had always been more than satisfied with their work. I understand everyone can have a bad day. After posting my review, they called me, acknowledged that the work done was subpar, and offered to redo it free of charge. I went back, and my nails look awesome again—the same employee did a great job this time.

I am very pleased that they called, apologized sincerely, and fixed my nails. This shows that they truly care about their customers, and my earlier comment about mass production was not accurate. They handled my bad review professionally instead of just deleting it. Thanks again! 🧡

Old review: I am going to give them one star because when I confronted the nail “artist” and the receptionist for the bad job that was done, they were gaslighting me. I went home thinking that maybe I am wrong, but now that I look at my nails, it is more than obvious. What is this, really?? I have been there before and one of the employees always did a good job, but the interaction that I had today just shows that they have no regards to costumer service, just pure mass production....
